SHIPPING POLICY

We only send orders within the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail second class. Mounted Originals are sent with a signed for service.

​

Postage costs are calculated at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your goods you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a no quibble refund. 

​

The goods must be returned in saleable condition, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. 

​

Postage and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. 

​

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. 

 

Please notify us by e-mail on sam@navistitch.co.uk if you wish to cancel an order. The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Although we package and check every item well, should your goods arrive damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail.  We will arrange to replace your item whenever possible but if this is not possible we will arrange a refund. If we require you to return the item, we will refund return postage.

Please include your order number in all correspondence.
