Here's what's happening in our creative space, the Sail Loft, the NaviStitch shop, and on Manningtree High Street over the coming weeks...

In the Sail Loft

Our Affordable Art Show is going swimmingly - it's taking place from now until 28th June upstairs, and it's an exhibition where nothing is over £100.

The other unique feature is that the exhibition is evolving - two new artists have brought work into the exhibition over the last week: Simon Peecock has joined us with his lino prints, and Chris Harvey has brought some new wood turned bud vases and some fabulous new gonks! (who's dad wouldn't want one of those for Fathers' Day?!)

Mark your calendars for our upcoming exhibition starting July 1st, showcasing 10 talented local artists from the Art Around the Walls Trail - we've got Amanda Clement-Robinson, Anne Simmonds, Becky Moss, Gem Gooding, Kay Lucas, Liesel Kennedy, Madeline Tapp, Sue Bedford and Sophie Taplin, and downstairs you will see my own work.

In the NaviStitch Shop

NaviStitch will be closing at 3pm tomorrow as I'm heading to Denmark for a family christening. Pop in after then to meet Anne Plummer! While I'm away, the talented artist, regular exhibitor and all-round NaviStitch friend, is minding the shop. If you're looking for original art, nautical gifts, greeting cards or something a little different for Father's Day, Anne will be happy to help you explore what we offer.

In Manningtree

There are always so many reasons to visit our amazingly creative town of Manningtree.

Manningtree has Pride is THIS Saturday ... come along and experience so many different events and workshops - all raising funds for local charity The Out House who support LGBTQ+ individuals.
